Instructions
Steps 1
Purchase all the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Blanch the beef brisket in boiling water, then cut into chunks. Cut the potatoes into pieces.

Add part of the seasonings to the pot and stir well. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low and braise for about 2 hours. Add the potatoes and continue to stew for another 20 minutes.

Once finished, add chopped scallion and the remaining seasonings. Stir well and serve.
