Light Soy Sauce5ml
Dark Soy Sauce5ml
Doubanjiang (Chili Bean Paste)50g
Ginger Slices10g

Sichuan Peppercorns5g

Purchase all the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Clean the chicken feet, trim the nails, and blanch in boiling water for two minutes. Drain and deep-fry until the skin becomes wrinkled.

Heat oil in the pot, then add scallion, ginger, garlic, and Sichuan peppercorns to stir-fry for aroma. Add the chicken feet and stir-fry, then add a splash of soy sauce. Pour in some water, add red chili pepper and chili oil, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low until the chicken feet are tender.

Add the remaining seasonings and cook for a few more minutes before serving.
